Key Responsibilities • Emergency Dispatch & Crew Scheduling: Oversee 24/7 emergency call intakes, manage field technician schedules, delegate daily assignments, and ensure rapid response times for property board-ups., • Insurance & Billing Coordination: Process job logs and specialized invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), and interface directly with insurance adjusters and property managers., • Vendor & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels for critical emergency supplies (plywood, hardware, safety gear, tools) and schedule maintenance for fleet vehicles and equipment., • Administrative & Compliance Oversight: Enforce safety protocols, manage secure digital client files, and keep job documentation ready for insurance audits., • Client & Emergency Communications: Serve as the steady, authoritative voice for property owners, municipal agency reps, and law enforcement following emergency property losses.
