Completes documentation for patient transfers to another facility Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by completing their assignments and charting within the designated time of their shift Initiates DVT prophylaxis when appropriate Proficient in neuromuscular blocking agents and train of four EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Current NJ State RN license BSN preferred BLS, ACLS certifications - AHA approved Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Intensive Care Unit
