Job Description Job Summary The Operations Support role within Capital Markets, Core Processing & Risk (CMCPR) provides essential operational support to the Capital Markets business at Client Wealth Management. CMCPR manages both Change the Bank and Run the Bank programs, collaborating with Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver technology and operational process improvements. Team members are expected to take leadership roles in programs and be accountable for delivering first-class solutions. The Settlement Team plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including trade settlement across multiple asset classes and trade matching platforms. This role requires extensive interaction with financial advisors, branch management, compliance, risk teams, trading desks, market centers, and counterparties. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily support of trade lifecycle and settlement across asset classes, • Act as liaison between field advisors, branch management, compliance, risk teams, and trading desks, • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, define, and deliver operational and technology processes, • Resolve conflicting events and issues that arise during the trading day, • Support change control initiatives within CMCPR, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals, • Bachelor’s degree, • Minimum 2 years of financial services industry experience, • General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically trade settlements (DTCC, Fed, Government), • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility, • Efficient time management and prioritization skills, • Team player with ability to work independently when required, • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, • Analytical thinking and problem-solving, • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement, • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, • Commitment to delivering high-quality operational support Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
