This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that address complex technical concepts and practical applications. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field., • Proven experience in technical training or instructional design within a technology-driven environment., • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems and video conferencing platforms., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly., • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions during training.
