Job Description Small Family-owned Real Estate Management Company seeks Bookkeeping/Lease admin assistant to become a part of our team. Small office environment, with each employee cross trained for each position for smooth operations. The bookkeeper/lease admin position will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. The bookkeeping/Lease admin is responsible for providing full bookkeeping utilizing the Rent Manager Property Software in addition to: administrative support; including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies, assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current.
