Job Description LIME Painting - Westchester County, NY Luxury Market Builder/Relationship Sales Leader Location: Rye (Westchester County), NY (Field-Based) Build the Go-To Luxury Painting Brand in Westchester. LIME Painting of Westchester is not a volume contractor. We serve high-end homeowners and commercial clients throughout Westchester County with artisan-level craftsmanship and white-glove professionalism. We are hiring a relationship-driven market builder, someone who understands how luxury communities work and knows how to build referral engines, not just wait for leads. The Role: More Than a Traditional Sales Rep This is not a door-knocking position. This is not a passive "wait for marketing leads" job. Key Responsibilities • Activate and leverage your existing Westchester network, • Create and formalize referral partnerships, • Build long-term relationships with: realtors, interior designers, builders, architects, property managers, chambers, and business association members, • Conduct in-home consultations with ownership support, • Convert qualified leads into profitable projects, • Own your pipeline, metrics, and sales cycle, • You will be both the face of the brand and the engine behind its growth. Qualifications You may be • A former real estate agent, • A relationship-driven B2B sales professional in the home services and/or construction industries, • Someone trusted in the Westchester luxury community, • Comfortable earning commission income, • Already connected to homeowners and professionals, • You understand that networking alone does not build a pipeline., • Established presence and trusted network within Westchester County, • Proven ability to independently generate outbound leads, • Strong closing track record, • Deep understanding of referral-based selling, • Ability to manage your own sales cycle without hand-holding, • CRM competency, • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, • High integrity and transparency in reporting Compensation • Full-time, W-2 Employment, • Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience, • Commission: 20-25% of gross profit, • Accelerator available after quota achievement, • On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ Benefits • Paid holidays, • Up to 2 weeks personal/sick time, • Tech package (smartphone provided), • Remote/hybrid flexibility, • Client entertainment budget, • Strong brand positioning in a luxury market Why This Role Is Unique This is an opportunity to: • Help scale three protected territories, • Build strategic referral programs, • Operate with autonomy, • Partner directly with ownership, • Grow a premium service brand in an affluent market If you are relationship-driven, entrepreneurial, and ready to build something meaningful in Westchester's luxury home market, we want to meet you.
