About Us We're a Brooklyn-based garden design/build company specializing in high-end residential outdoor spaces. Our work spans full garden installations — including hardscaping like decks, patios, and fences, and softscaping like planting, lighting, and irrigation — as well as ongoing maintenance for established gardens. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our builds and the long-term relationships we build with our clients. What You'll Do • Assist with hardscape construction: building decks, patios, fences, and other structures, • Support softscape work: planting, installing lighting and irrigation systems, • Perform garden maintenance for established client properties (pruning, weeding, seasonal cleanups, etc.), • Load, transport, and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, • Follow directions from crew leads and foremen, and work well as part of a team What We're Looking For • No experience necessary — we'll train the right person, • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons (lifting, digging, kneeling, standing for extended periods), • Reliable transportation to job sites around Brooklyn, • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn, • Ability to take direction and work well in a team setting, • A valid driver's license is a plus but not required What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay: $25.00–$27.50/hr, based on experience, • On-the-job training in both hardscape and softscape trades, • Opportunities for growth into crew lead and skilled trade roles
