Job Description Position Summary The porter is responsible to clean the public areas of the building and the exterior property on a daily basis. The building should always be clean and smell fresh. The Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner. Buff and polish the waxed floors on a weekly basis to maintain the shine. · Perform snow and ice removal. · Notify the superintendent about burned out light bulbs, broken equipment in the building, vandalism, graffiti or any suspicious activity.
