As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant and rooftop lounge, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise all daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction., • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment., • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth strategies., • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations., • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service., • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience., • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally., • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and consistency.
