    We are seeking dedicated maintenance technicians to join our team, committed to maintaining our luxury communities. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience and are willing to train entry-level candidates. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, carpentry work, and installation of appliances and cabinets., • Troubleshoot and repair appliances and HVAC systems., • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly., • Maintain the property grounds by removing trash and debris. Requirements: • Authorization to work in the U.S., • Prior experience in commercial or residential maintenance., • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening., • Valid New York driver’s license., • Ability to carry heavy items (minimum 50 lbs), such as appliances and furniture.
