Annual Salary: $22, Part-Time Position Summary Assure the safety of residents by monitoring them entering and leaving the building. Provide ongoing support to residents by documenting medications, medical referral information, appointments, any other pertinent information and behaviors. Perform various weekly and monthly charting and reports as necessary to maintain the daily functioning of the program. Work in conjunction with case management staff to assure residents’ services and treatment goals are met. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Family Practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive health care and preventive services. The Practitioner diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries of human internal organ systems, examines patient for symptoms of organic or congenital disorders and determines nature and extent of injury or disorder, referring to diagnostic images and test, and using medical instruments and equipment.
