Your Impact We trust you to own the service experience end-to-end: • Diagnose tough residential electrical problems and resolve them safely., • Educate homeowners at the table—lay out options, from repair vs. replacement to financing and service agreements., • Prevent future issues by catching risks early., • Track your metrics and deliver on revenue and service commitments.Earnings, Benefits, and Balance, • Competitive base: $25–$50/hr depending on experience., • Big upside: Uncapped performance pay—many pros earn $100,000–$200,000+ total., • Health and wealth: Company-paid health and dental with deductibles covered, plus a 401(k) for full-time team members., • Designed for efficiency: Take-home truck and gas card; start and end your day from home., • Real advancement: Clear internal promotion paths., • Reasonable on-call: Department-wide rotation about once every 12–15 weeks., • Solid pipeline: We can’t guarantee hours, but our local marketing focus keeps calendars strong.What You Bring, • Proven residential service experience with real-world diagnostics., • Comfort with modern tools: ServiceTitan, tablets/iPads, and digital invoicing., • Professional communication with homeowners—clear, respectful, solutions-oriented., • Knowledge of safety procedures and local codes., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • Fluent in English.Physical Demands & Field Conditions Expect frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; manual dexterity for tools and controls; climbing ladders; working in crawl spaces and in hot/cold conditions; and lifting 50+ pounds routinely. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. Work can be outdoors or indoors across seasons, based on scope.
