We are seeking a motivated Junior Handyman to join our team and support the successful completion of our construction projects. Position Summary The Junior Handyman will assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with various construction, maintenance, and finishing tasks on luxury custom home projects. This role is ideal for a dedicated, hardworking individual who is eager to learn, take direction, and develop hands-on skills in residential construction. The right candidate will take pride in their work and demonstrate reliability, initiative, and attention to detail. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
