Who Weʼre Looking For Weʼre seeking an LCSW who is warm, grounded, and clinically thoughtful. You build rapport easily, listen carefully, and help patients feel safe enough to do meaningful work. Youʼre empathetic while maintaining appropriate boundaries, and you bring a calm, steady presence even in complex or emotionally charged situations. Clinically, youʼre comfortable providing outpatient psychotherapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and substance use or co-occurring disorders (when applicable). You understand the limits of outpatient care and collaborate or refer when higher levels of care are required (e.g., detox, residential treatment, or acute psychiatric stabilization).
