Sales Associate – Total Wireless As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our Total Wireless store. Your main role is to assist customers with their wireless needs, explain products and services, and provide excellent customer service. You will handle sales of phones, plans, and accessories while meeting sales targets and promoting Total Protect. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the store. Explain phone plans, features, and promotions in simple terms. Process activations, upgrades, and payments. Maintain a clean and organized store. Follow company dress code and store guidelines. Work as part of a team to meet sales goals. Requirements: Friendly and professional communication skills. Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
