Established, independently owned auto repair shop on Nassau/Queens border is seeking an intelligent and professional assistant to perform full range of daily duties to maintain a small office, with an emphasis on answering and directing calls and providing support to owner and service managers to ensure efficient operation of the office. EXPERIENCE IN FIELD A MUST. Duties will include, but not be limited to, answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining customer and vendor accounts, creating service orders, posting parts, overseeing returns, invoicing and light bookkeeping. The salary range for this position is $41,000-$45,000 annually.
