Job Description Full-time | Steady work | Room to move up |Salary Range: ($60-80K) + bonus We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow., • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures., • Coordinate with various departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency., • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports., • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations., • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement., • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals., • Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities., • Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers., • Handle customer issues and work towards resolution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field., • Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role., • Strong understanding of business operations and procedures., • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities., • Outstanding communication and people skills., • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools., • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail., • Must be proficient in all Microsoft programs Physical Demands This role requires managing daily operations, developing policies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance while also handling physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment. Strong leadership, coordination across departments, and stakeholder engagement are essential, along with physical stamina, adaptability to various environments, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
