Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: : 6+ months Notes: • 3 days per week on-site (Trenton, NJ | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), • 2 days remote (limited and non-negotiable) The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst is responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The role combines both technical development and business analysis to improve systems, optimize processes, and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with organizational needs. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, strong experience in both out-of-the-box configurations and custom development, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining best practices. Key Responsibilities Dynamics 365 Development & Configuration • Provision, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, • Develop and support entities/tables, workflows, business process flows (BPFs), forms, views, dashboards, and web resources, • Design and implement CRM solutions using xRM framework, • Utilize best practices and prioritize out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality over custom code where possible, • Configure security roles, business units, teams, and web roles, • Develop custom solutions using C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server, • Build plugins, add-ins, and extensions using CRM APIs, • Work with REST/ODATA and SOAP web services, • Use tools such as XrmToolBox and Ribbon Workbench, • Develop SSRS reports and dashboards, • Manage CRM data modeling and relational design, • Work with business users to gather requirements and improve workflows, • Analyze current systems and identify gaps between business needs and CRM capabilities, • Design documentation, reports, and business cases for system improvements, • Recommend technology solutions that balance business needs and technical feasibility, • Troubleshoot system issues and performance problems, • Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer materials, • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience, • 2+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization, • 3+ years designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, • Strong experience with Dynamics 2016/365 and O365 integration, • Experience in CRM data modeling and enterprise CRM architecture, • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 2016, • C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, • REST / ODATA / SOAP APIs, • Plugins, workflows, BPFs, • XrmToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, • SharePoint integration, • SSRS reporting, • Strong CRM configuration and customization expertise, • Ability to balance OOB functionality with custom development, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Custom Development (must have: XrmToolBox, scripting, plug-ins, ribbon workbench), • Experience with at least two different Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and out-of-the-box features), • Prior experience with Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box configuration (tables, forms, lists, workflows, business process flows, web resources, users, security), • Extensive programming experience in C# .NET (custom code development), • Prior functional experience packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod), • Dynamics 365 Portal design and development (Power Apps Portals), • HTML and JavaScript development experience, • Hands-on experience using custom code to create and consume Web API/Web Services, • Experience with CRM API, • Prior experience working with SQL Server 2016 and above (including stored procedures and queries), • Prior experience with SSRS custom development, • SharePoint Online integration with Dynamics 365, • Experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs, and Business Users to gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements, • Experience creating and maintaining System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation, • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst, • Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid), • Duration: : 6+ months, • Notes:, • 3 days per week on-site (Trenton, NJ | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), • 2 days remote (limited and non-negotiable), • In-person interview required (no remote interviews), • Role Overview, • The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst is responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
