About the role We're looking for a highly strategic, data-driven recruiting leader to scale and lead our GTM recruiting function — powering one of the most important growth engines at Nourish. As the Director of GTM Recruiting, you will lead a quickly growing team responsible for hiring across our provider-facing field sales team ("Provider Partnerships") — including both individual contributors and sales managers.
