Overview: The Quality Inspector will report directly to the site Quality Manager or Quality Field Operations Manager, with indirect oversight from the Sr. Manager of Quality Control, and will be charged with the vital task of conducting and documenting inspections that adhere to the approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Position Summary Dimension Renewable Energy is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support the development and financing of a nationwide portfolio of community solar projects. This role focuses on title and survey diligence, title insurance negotiation, and preparing projects for financing and construction. The Real Estate Manager will work closely with title companies, surveyors, developers, and internal teams to resolve real estate issues and deliver insurable projects ready for financing and construction. Job Description We are looking for a Commissioning Manager to oversee and manage the preparation and coordination of commissioning activities for a portfolio of microgrid projects utilizing solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), generators, and associated switchgear and controls. You will own the commissioning planning, documentation, scheduling, and resource coordination across multiple active project sites. This is a great role for someone looking to play an important technical role at a fast-growing PE-backed business. You will report to our VP of Project Engineering and Preconstruction and will be a hybrid role based out of our Oakland, CA, Santa Monica, CA, Ridgewood, NJ, or NYC offices. Key responsibilities will include: • Develop, manage, and maintain commissioning plans, schedules, and execution strategies across multiple microgrid projects simultaneously., • Define commissioning scope, sequencing, resource requirements, readiness criteria, acceptance criteria, and handoff requirements for solar PV, BESS, generators, switchgear, protection, and controls., • Establish and maintain standardized commissioning processes, templates, procedures, and documentation to be used across the project portfolio., • Track commissioning progress, risks, and constraints across all active sites and communicate status to project leadership., • Coordinate commissioning activities performed by EPCs, OEMs, integrators, utilities, and third-party independent commissioning agents., • Manage interfaces between commissioning activities and construction completion, energization, and utility interconnection.
