Senior Associate, Marketing Procurement \n Location: NYC-HQ (not open to Boulder-HQ) \n The Senior Associate, Marketing Procurement will support HelloFresh’s Global Indirect Procurement Team in delivering value across Marketing spend categories. This role is ideal for someone early in their procurement career who is eager to learn category management fundamentals, gain experience in sourcing, and build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. \n You will assist with sourcing activities, contract management, data analysis, and vendor coordination while learning best practices in global procurement. \nYou will ...\nStrategic Sourcing\n\n • Support the end-to-end RFx process by gathering requirements, preparing documentation, tracking supplier submissions, and summarizing results.\n, • Assist in price comparison exercises and review supplier proposals for accuracy.\n\nStakeholder & Supplier Coordination\n\n, • Work with internal requestors to clarify requirements and timelines.\n, • Coordinate communications with suppliers for routine updates, RFx clarifications, and document requests.\n, • Assist with resolving minor delivery or billing discrepancies, escalating when needed.\n\nData Analysis & Reporting\n\n, • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities.\n, • Help prepare baselines, benchmarks, and cost models to support sourcing initiatives.\n, • Compile regular reports and dashboards for Procurement Leadership under guidance from senior team members.\n\nContract & Compliance Support\n\n, • Maintain organized vendor files and ensure updates are tracked.\n, • Monitor usage of implemented contracts and flag compliance issues to category leads as required.\n, • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, other internal stakeholders and Suppliers to gather documentation and clarify contract terms.\n\nLearning & Development\n\n, • Participate in procurement process training and shadow senior team members in negotiations and category reviews.\n, • Timely and accurate support of sourcing events and procurement processes.\n, • Quality and accuracy of data analysis and reporting.\n, • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and suppliers.\n, • 1-3 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related business support role.
