Position Summary The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse, shipping, and production coordination activities. This role includes loading carriers, reviewing work orders and shipping documents, operating warehouse equipment, assisting with material movement, and supporting the Production Scheduler with material tracking and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, warehouse or shipping experience, forklift experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with production, shipping, and scheduling teams. Key Responsibilities: • Read customer work orders and shipping orders to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly., • Load carriers as they arrive and ensure materials are handled safely and accurately., • Operate a forklift and manual pallet jack to move materials, orders, and packaging supplies., • Inspect items for quality to ensure customer specifications are met., • Assist the Production Scheduler by reviewing production schedules and working with supervisors to determine material requirements., • Identify overdue materials and track material status., • Assist with requisitioning materials and establishing sequential delivery dates based on job order priorities and material availability., • Enter all international invoices into the ERP system., • Support warehouse, shipping, and production teams as needed., • Fill in for other employees as needed., • Perform additional duties as assigned. · Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required., • Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order processing experience preferred., • Forklift and manual pallet jack experience preferred., • Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory systems is a plus., • Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, shipping paperwork, and customer specifications., • Strong attention to detail and follow-through., • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, shipping, scheduling, and warehouse teams., • Comfortable performing both hands-on warehouse duties and computer-based clerical tasks., • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. The employee must be able to work safely around warehouse and production equipment, assist with material movement, load carriers, and support shipping, receiving, and production-related activities. The position requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or move materials, pallets, carts, or equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance. The employee must also be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment while following all safety requirements and wearing required personal protective equipment.
