The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in breast ultrasound imaging and hands-on experience assisting with ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedures. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. Responsibilities: * Perform routine and advanced breast ultrasound examinations. * Optimize image quality (gain, depth, focus, TGC adjustments). * Apply Doppler imaging techniques when indicated. * Identify normal and abnormal breast anatomy and pathology. * Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and aspirations. * Maintain sterile technique during invasive procedures. * Prepare patients and clearly explain procedures with professionalism and compassion. * Document examinations in EMR systems (EPIC preferred) and archive images in PACS. * Perform equipment quality control and routine maintenance. * Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program. * RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) – Required. * Current CPR Certification. * Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience. * Breast ultrasound experience – Required. * Experience assisting with breast biopsy procedures – Required. * Strong knowledge of breast anatomy and pathology. * Proficiency with PACS and EMR systems.
