About the Role: The Assistant Studio Manager is the backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless operations and strict accountability across all areas of the business. They manage multiple platforms to stay organized and efficient, with a core focus on scheduling staff to meet business needs, conducting weekly inventory counts, processing monthly purchase orders, and maintaining rigorous oversight of retail and dry goods. In this role, the Assistant Manager spends time at the front desk, engaging with clients and modeling service excellence.
