Key Responsibilities Safety Oversight & Field Leadership • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal safety standards., • Observe, coach, and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors, reinforcing a culture of accountability., • Intervene immediately in unsafe activities and verify completion of corrective actions., • Lead and mentor Safety Supervisors in inspections, audits, and incident investigations., • Maintain and analyze safety records, incident logs, and performance metrics to identify trends and corrective measures., • Prepare and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for all levels of personnel., • Deliver OSHA 10- and 30-hour construction safety classes, as well as specialized training for field operations., • Maintain training logs and certifications for construction-based safety courses such as fall protection, CPR, hazard communication, PPE, ladder safety, scaffold awareness, aerial lift, forklift, slips/trips/falls, and bloodborne pathogens., • Implement and manage safety programs and policies in accordance with OSHA, company, and client requirements., • Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and develop mitigation strategies., • Recommend and implement risk management and business continuity measures including insurance, safety, and recovery planning., • Review and update safety and risk management protocols to ensure ongoing compliance., • Prepare and present risk and performance reports to executive leadership., • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, and training records., • Support the development and maintenance of project tracking tools related to risk and safety performance., • Assist in companywide safety meetings, compliance audits, and strategic safety initiatives., • Travel regularly throughout the Southeast region., • Conduct on-site audits, safety meetings, and field engagement sessions., • Must be capable of safely accessing roofing and elevated construction environments. Qualifications • 5–7 years of progressive safety management experience in commercial construction, roofing or similar industry., • OSHA 510 (Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry) or OSHA 500 (Trainer Course) required., • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred., • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software., • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills., • Must reside in Atlanta, GA · Pensacola, FL · Charlotte, NC · Orlando, FL or surrounding metro areas. Job Summary: The Service Coordination Supervisor is responsible in ensuring that the SC Department adheres to the policies and procedures set forth by New York State, Westchester Department of Health, and all governing bodies. The Supervisor oversees a number of Service Coordinators and monitoring compliance of cases while keeping quantity and quality together. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Be up to date with rules and regulatory changes to provide guidance to the Service Coordinators., • Conduct trainings for the Department and for an individual SC if needed., • Review and give feedback to the Service Coordinator regarding SC notes to ensure quality and compliance., • Maintain a positive and dynamic relationship with provider agencies, parents, SC, city officials and any other programs that work with EIP., • Provide technical support to Service Coordinators and assist in resolving issues regarding cases that a Service Coordinators might have., • Provide ongoing training and coaching to Service Coordinators., • Track, review and monitor compliance of the Service Coordinators to EI timelines., • Monitor the department's productivity and ensure timely submission of notes., • Run reports in the database & any reporting tool to monitor the department., • Work with the Billing and Accounts Receivable department on any billing matters., • Audit cases as deemed necessary such as SC resignation, case transfers, case closure or audit., • Conduct a random audit on a sample of SC Cases every other month and report results to manager., • Prepare agenda and update dashboards on a regular basis., • Provide Supervision for SCs on a regular basis. All SCs must be supervised at least every other month at a minimum., • Work with other departments collaboratively to ensure good and open communication is present., • Must have aBachelor's degree in a health or human service field., • Self-motivated individual who will be able to work independently., • Excellent organizational and communication skills., • Can multi-task and meet multiple deadlines., • Must have the set-up to work from home if and when needed., • Bilingual Spanish a plus, • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train., • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events., • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper., • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device., • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)., • Ability to read extensive material/documentation., • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
