Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using standardized assessments and clinical observations. * Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. * Set measurable and achievable treatment goals in collaboration with patients, their families, and other relevant parties. * Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and achieve their goals. * Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes. * Communicate regularly and effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., teachers, doctors) to ensure a collaborative approach to patient care. * Stay current with the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications: * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * A valid and current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of New Jersey is required. * ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or a Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) is required. * Previous experience in a clinical or school-based setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of a wide range of communication disorders and therapeutic interventions. * Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong, trusting rapport with patients of all ages. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and professional correspondence. * A positive, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
