Job Description Come join a team of passionate therapists providing excellent pediatric therapy to children throughout the United States! Achieve Beyond was founded in 1995 and is continuously growing to meet the needs of developmentally disabled children through our ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware,California (within in the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco areas), Minnesota,and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings. Achieve Beyond is centered around a culture of collaboration and support to ensure our services are of the highest quality and adhere to our strong ethical standards. All of our therapists will have access to the following benefits: • Training and use of our paperless billing and data collection system, • Full practice management we take care of intake, staffing, billing, tracking authorizations, insurance correspondence and maintenance of your certifications, so you are able to focus on providing our children with the best services!, • Access to continuing education workshops and trainings (we are an ASHA and BACB ACE provider) LOCATION: cases available throughout Middlesex County JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, • Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Autism Aides/Behavior Therapists on the case, • Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency, • Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists! successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field • Experience using ABA preferred, • Must be self- motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, • Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor, • Passionate about helping children and families, and providing services of the highest standards!, • Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train., • The ability to climb and descend staircases, • The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly

Position Overview MedRhythms is looking for a passionate and driven Neurologic Music Therapist to join their fast-growing clinical team in Edison, NJ. This position will be responsible for providing high-quality Neurologic Music Therapy to a range of clients of all ages and different neurologic diagnoses. The position will facilitate individual and group sessions, and will work in the in patient and telehealth setting collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities • Demonstrate knowledge in various diagnoses related to neurological injury or disease (i.e. TBI, stroke, PD, MS, DOC, etc.)., • Demonstrate knowledge in various clinical presentations resulting from a neurologic injury or disease (i.e. aphasia, apraxia, left neglect, gait deficits, etc.)., • Conduct an individual evaluation/assessment and develop a treatment plan using appropriate assessment tools with individualized therapeutic nonmusical goals and objectives., • Implement NMT interventions within the sensorimotor, speech and language, and cognitive domains., • Evaluate patient/client progress through progress reports and documentation of sessions., • Update goals/objectives as needed when met within the treatment plan and complete discharge summaries when appropriate., • Develop “in-home” programs and resources for patients/clients to complete individually., • Communicate and consult with interdisciplinary teams, parents/guardians, caregivers, other professionals as needed within therapeutic scope about progress., • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality of care to our patients/clients., • Provide NMT sessions effectively across the healthcare continuum including: telehealth, in-home, outpatient, and inpatient., • Maintain patient confidentiality as mandated by HIPAA., • Clean/sanitize instruments and/or equipment with appropriate materials., • Attend and participate in supervision as requested and recommended by the Clinical Director/Supervisor., • Attend professional development opportunities to maintain credential and advance clinical skills., • Provide presentations/ in-services to various audiences about NMT and those that MedRhythms serves.We’re looking for you to bring, • Must hold MT-BC credential and NMT credential (NMT/F Preferred)Strong clinical skills in administering NMT interventions, • Ability to be flexible and operate in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication skills, • Self-motivated, possessing grit and energy
