Job Description Come join Arbor Therapy's multidisciplinary team as an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist! Our AAC program is expanding, and we welcome team members who are passionate about supporting communication in innovative ways. We are currently seeking a full-time OT for our Chandler clinic location. Role Overview: • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory, feeding, and other activities of daily living, • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies, • Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes, • Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development, • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, • Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner, • Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program, • Active occupational therapist license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy, • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, • Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities, • Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge, • Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required, • Experience with AAC is a plus!, • Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, • Competitive pay, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (dental and vision covered 100% by the company, medical is competitive), • Life insurance benefit, • Short and long-term disability coverage, • CEU reimbursement and paid certifications (CPR, Article 9), • Cash balance plan, • EoS gym membership, • A close-knit team that actually enjoys working together We don't just talk about culture-we live it. Working Conditions: This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
