About the Role: The Post-Graduate Marketing Fellow is a full-time, paid fellowship designed for recent graduates seeking to build experience in marketing. Fellows will act as Marketing Coordinators, contributing to real world projects in campaigns, events, and digital engagement. This immersive role blends training, mentorship, and professional development, while offering the possibility of internal conversion into a permanent Marketing Coordinator role after program completion. This role is ideal for self-starters who want to grow their marketing expertise while shaping the future of health and wellness. Core Expectations: • Support execution of community, digital, and social marketing campaigns, events, brand partnerships, and measurement initiatives., • Assist with content creation, social media scheduling, and analytics reporting., • Support Creative, Brand, and Sales teams to align marketing deliverables., • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities., • Manage administrative workflows including project tracking, reporting, and task management., • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions, presentations, and planning meetings. Qualifications & Success Factors: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, completed within the last 12 months., • Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with social media platforms preferred., • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a fast-paced environment., • Enthusiasm for brand building and professional growth., • Occasional travel is required, estimated at 10% minimum for events, team meetings, or any marketing off-site responsibilities. Compensation: • This fellowship is a paid, full-time opportunity. The expected hourly rate is $20 - $26 per hour, commensurate with education and relevant experience. Fellows will be classified as temporary, non-exempt employees for the duration of the program., • In addition to pay, fellows gain access to professional development opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional projects that can serve as a pathway to future full-time roles.
