This includes the proactive reporting of incidents involving physical injury or emotional/social harm doing. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will join a 16-person Marketing & Development team, raising approximately $15 million annually from individual donors, foundations and institutions, corporate sponsors, and government to support our free programs in New York City parks. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and supporting the Manager of Corporate Partnerships, the Coordinator will support a portfolio of approximately $3.5 million in corporate giving. The position will work with corporate partners in all CPF program areas (arts, sports, environmental education, and community building), with a deeper focus on our SummerStage festival and It’s My Park corporate volunteer program. The role will also coordinate the day-to-day management of corporate donors, cultivate and increase corporate support, develop proposals and presentations, broaden awareness of corporate opportunities, and develop and activate a cultivation plan to grow corporate partner support for CPF. The Director of Operations will cultivate and grow a strong team of committed District Managers and Club Managers. He/She will act as a liaison between the CEO, District Manager, Club Manager, and the client. He/She develops operational practices and ensures that they are followed so that each club runs smoothly. The Director of Operations coordinates with, reports to and makes recommendations to senior management in order to further company growth. He/she communicates/liaises with any committees designated by ISM, and ensures the preparation, and delivery of, daily, monthly and other periodic reports (e.g. activity, pool readings, financial, time sheets, etc.) as required by ISM. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Rental Events is responsible for developing and implementing a rental program for three venues managed by City Parks Foundation. Rental of these spaces provides much needed revenue that is used by City Parks Foundation to help support our free programs around New York City. During the summer season of approximately mid-May through early October, the schedule for this position will mirror the SummerStage event schedule, which includes evening and weekend hours. From mid-October through early May, the position will follow a hybrid office schedule, with two days per week in office, currently Wednesday & Thursday. The Manager reports to the Director of Arts Operations. The venues are: Rumsey Playfield in Central Park (90%): home to the Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage festival, a 5,500 capacity outdoor venue fully built out for concerts and other performances from mid-May through early October. The venue can be rented in full for private events including galas, corporate dinners, product launches, conferences, TV productions, and more.
