Job Description All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty. The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor. This position will be trained to perform various jobs assigned to the production department. Some of the duties will include cleaning the sales floor, sorting merchandise, hanging merchandise, and stocking merchandise to replenish the sales floor. All employees are expected to perform at or above the company’s minimum performance standards for each job they are trained to do.
