Key Responsibilities: • Counsel clients on complex energy transition finance transactions, including financing and M&A of energy projects and companies., • Structure and negotiate tax equity financing and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters., • Collaborate with financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients to develop innovative financing solutions., • Provide regulatory guidance on structured finance in the energy sector., • Manage transaction lifecycles from due diligence to deal execution., • Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to support energy and infrastructure clients.Qualifications:, • Education: JD from an accredited law school., • Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying., • Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance matters., • Prior experience handling tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization is required., • Experience at an Am Law 100 firm preferred., • Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills., • Excellent organizational, communication, and management abilities., • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Work Environment:, • Hybrid: Regular in-office presence with flexibility for remote work.Compensation & Benefits:, • Expected hiring range: $450,000 - $550,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
