A summer camp counselor is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of campers during camp activities, leading recreational games, crafts, and outdoor adventures, while creating a positive and engaging environment for children by providing guidance, support, and positive role modeling, all while adhering to camp safety protocols and regulations. ***Requested parks will be considered, but there is not a guarantee of placement. Job Description The Patriots' Path Council, Scouting America, employs over 250 people every summer at our two Scouts and two Cub Scout camp facilities. All CITs must be at least 14 years of age by June 1, and camp staff must be 15 years of age. All Watchung Day Camp staff are responsible for their own transportation to and from the camp location. Watchung Day Camp is a traveling day camp program, spending five weeks at Watchung Reservation in Mountainside, New Jersey. Applicants will be placed into specific positions based on experience and interests. The camp operates from June 29th to August 7th. All staff members are responsible for their daily transportation to and from camp. Applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital or veteran status or the presence of a health problem or handicap that is unrelated to the person's ability to perform the job assigned. The camp directors will contact applicants for an interview. Registration with the Boy Scouts of America will be required upon employment. If hired, applicants are expected to: comply with the Patriots' Path Council Random Drug Testing Policy and Code of Conduct, and pass a Criminal Background Check.

The intern will report directly to the Director, Brand Engagement and will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and partner vendors to help execute marketing programs, support internal initiatives, and maintain key marketing assets and systems. Key Responsibilities Marketing Communications • Assist with the development and distribution of regional and distribution marketing communications, including product emails and product flyers., • Support creation of internal product newsletters to educate sales teams on new products, solutions, and vendor updates., • Help develop external marketing communications including email campaigns, social media posts, and event promotions., • Manage and respond to marketing support portal tickets from internal teams., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure timely resolution of requests., • Update and maintain sales enablement assets including solution sheets, industry sheets, line cards, partner logos, and related collateral., • Utilize existing brand-approved design templates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials., • Log customer sessions, demonstrations, and engagements within the TMRW Lab in Salesforce., • Assist with tracking Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and partner program activities., • Support partner invoicing and documentation related to marketing programs., • Help maintain records for partner marketing initiatives and reimbursements.
