Job Description Bilingual School Social Worker Compensation: $63K-$78K per year Job Type: Full Time. Monday - Friday. Day shift. Our client, a school dedicated to supporting children with disabilities, is seeking a Bilingual School Social Worker for their Bronx, NY location. Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct Parent Interview/Social History as part of the Multidisciplinary Evaluation team to assess students eligibility for CPSE services., • Prepare evaluation packets for submission to the CPSE., • Agency representation and advocacy for children at CPSE/IEP review meetings., • Attend weekly classroom team meetings., • Refer and coordinate services with community agencies on behalf of students and their families., • Participate in the students transition planning from preschool to Kindergarten with family members, multidisciplinary team and CSE professionals., • Attend CSE meetings as needed., • Provide counseling services (as needed)., • Provide classroom support to teachers and TAs in the event that staff absence leads to a need for appropriate supervision of students., • Provide crisis intervention services as needed., • Promote consistent student attendance and enhance ongoing communication between school personnel and parents., • Monitor classroom attendance/first attend dates throughout the school year., • Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation of student absences, discharges, transfers and withdrawal of assigned classrooms., • Serve as a liaison between the school, family and the community., • Masters degree in social work, • Must possess a New York State social work license - LMSW (Licensed Masters in Social Work), • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), • 401K plan, • Life Insurance, • PTO (sick and vacation time), • Tuition Reimbursement, • On a school schedule - 6 weeks summer and administration days, • Staff discounted daycare for 2.0-5.0 children, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • VTL/STD/LTD (Short/long term disability) If you're excited about the potential of this role, wed love to hear from you!

Job Description This position is part of a growing, fast paced team, reporting directly to the Tax Manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and hands on tax accountant with a strong understanding of Federal and State Corporate Income Taxation. In this role, the Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Equinox brands tax obligations as well as assisting with accounting, research and planning. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the preparation of income tax workpapers and tax returns of federal corporate, state and local, and Canada., • Assist in the calculation of quarterly estimated income tax payments for states and local jurisdictions., • Ensure accurate and timely remittance of all tax returns, extension and estimate payments., • Prepare state modifications and apportionment calculations., • Calculate tax depreciation to support federal and numerous state and local tax filings for a very capital-intensive business., • Monitor and analyze federal, state and local tax legislation, regulations and cases., • Draft and coordinate responses to federal and state tax notices, assessments, audits, and inquiries, and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete., • Assist in the analysis of DTA/DTLs for the quarterly and annual provisions., • Prepare & file business license returns, annual reports and other miscellaneous returns., • Liaison with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues., • Provide support with internal & external audits and ad hoc special tax related projects such as credits and other tax incentives.Qualifications, • 2-3 years corporate income tax experience, including working knowledge of SALT separate and combined income tax compliance., • Working knowledge of Federal separate and consolidated income tax compliance as well as ASC 740 is preferred., • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Tax. CPA candidate is preferred., • Knowledge of Microsoft D365, OneStream, OneSource TAS (Tax Accounting System), and OneSource Income Tax/GoSystem Tax., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert in Excel with modeling and efficient spreadsheet usage., • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with corporate management and accounting., • Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently or leading others in an organized manner.
