Job Description Job description: Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with QuickBooks experience to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities: • Keep the books for multiple entities, • Report on profit & loss, budgeting, financial reports, • Work with CPA firm for monthly closings and tax returns, • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, • Handle scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and events, • IT troubleshooting and workstation maintenance, • Strong software skills or ability to research and disseminate information to the team, • Strong organizational skills, including electronic filing, • Detail oriented IS A MUST, • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, • Help with phones Qualifications: • Proven experience in office management or similar role, • Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop, • Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service, • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients This position offers a competitive salary along with benefits such as paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
