Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Monthly general ledger closing, including preparation of journal entries for 15-18 properties, • General Ledger Account Reconciliations, • Bank Reconciliations, • Reconciliation and processing of all real estate tax bills, • Internal and external reporting, • Special projects as pertains to business needs, • Accounting Degree plus 3-5 years of general ledger experience, • Knowledge of GAAP, • Proficient in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, Outlook] Yardi Voyager and Quickbooks, • Detailed oriented and ability to consistently meet deadlines EOE Company DescriptionAt RPM Development Group, our goal is to create high-quality affordable housing.
