Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership – Drive sales performance for assigned condo projects, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Sales Track Record – Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. Licensing – Active real estate salesperson or broker license required (state-specific). Skills – Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; fluency in additional languages a plus. Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and virtual tour platforms.
