Overview The Sr. HR Generalist for TDS is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle for a dynamic contingent workforce that includes employees working on short-term assignments or projects across multiple states in the US. This role focuses heavily on hiring coordination, visa/immigration processing, onboarding, offboarding, reporting and employee relations. The HR Generalist has a deep understanding of employment law and immigration regulations ensuring compliance with federal, state, and visa regulations while delivering a smooth and efficient experience for employees joining and leaving the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR processes, procedures and laws for temporary or project-based workforces across multiple states. This position would handle hiring coordination with project managers for project based/contingent workforce, onboarding, visa processing, payroll coordination with accounting/payroll, benefits administration, workers' compensation, OSHA and safety documentation, employee relations, terminations and layoffs when projects end with multi-state compliance.
