About the Role We're looking for a Staff User Researcher to lead strategic research across Nourish's patient and provider ecosystems. You'll uncover insights that guide product direction, improve clinical and patient experiences, and shape how nutrition care is delivered at scale. WELCOME TO THE HIFI NEW GRAD PROGRAM This role is part of HIFI's New Grad Program — a structured 3-month contract designed to give early-career talent real ownership, real mentorship, and a real path to full-time employment. Truth We value directness without drama. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $76,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package. This role begins as a 3-month contract with a structured path to full-time employment upon successful completion.
