This is an immediate opening offering a dynamic work environment, professional growth opportunities, and exposure to both residential and commercial real estate matters. Key Responsibilities: • Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts for residential and commercial transactions., • Title Review & Clearance: Conduct thorough title examinations, identify and resolve title issues, and coordinate with title companies to ensure timely clearance., • Closings: Schedule, prepare for, and attend closings; represent buyers and sellers throughout all phases of the transaction., • Deed Transfers & ACRIS Preparation: Prepare and file deeds and related documents via ACRIS and ensure compliance with relevant regulations., • Lender Representation: Represent financial institutions in connection with loan transactions, including preparation of Closing Disclosures (CDs), recognition agreements, and UCC filings., • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, brokers, lenders, and other involved parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the New York State Bar (required). • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience, with substantial exposure to both residential and commercial transactions., • Strong knowledge of title, contract law, and closing procedures., • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and organizational skills., • Health Care Plan (Medical), • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays), • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
