Bartenders prepare all alcoholic drinks for Members and guests at the Main Club or Beach Club, according to professional standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO • The Bartender's main job is to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately., • Occasionally, customers have their own preferences or recipes for a bartender to follow., • Bartenders also check the identification of members and guests at the bars to ensure that they meet the minimum drinking age., • Bartenders take drink orders and serve drinks using Jonas POS computer system to charge members for their drinks., • In the restaurant, bartenders fill drink orders placed by the diners, but the drinks are usually served by waiters., • Bartenders also have additional duties; they arrange bottles and barwares, wash glasses and clean the bar. The Refrigerator Technician /Commercial Kitchens will install new refrigeration systems, perform equipment maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, track and complete work orders. In addition, the Refrigeration Technician installs, repairs and maintains equipment and service standards with limited-service downtime.
