About This Role: We are seeking a high-stakes Senior Recruiter to lead the expansion of our Finance and Strategic Finance functions. This isn't a generalist role; you will be the primary architect for attracting top-tier talent from Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Strategic Finance into Crusoe.
