Job Description Job Title: Building Attendant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Building Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our common areas. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities • Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms., • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces., • Empty trash bins and replace liners in designated areas., • Clean windows and glass doors., • Maintain exterior cleanliness, including sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots. Essential Skills • Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation practices., • Experience with floor care techniques including sweeping and buffing., • Knowledge in housekeeping and environmental services., • Ability to perform janitorial duties and trash removal., • Familiarity with building maintenance and facility upkeep. A 401K match and other benefits are also available. Work Environment This position is located at Saratoga at Skidmore Apartments. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes the use of a company vehicle during working hours. Uniforms and necessary equipment are provided to ensure comfort and safety while performing duties. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
