Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations., • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals., • Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education., • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary., • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care., • Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards., • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field., • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program., • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist., • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or a related field., • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members., • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team., • Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g., Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Sports Certified Specialist)., • Demonstrated experience with advanced therapeutic techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, or aquatic therapy., • Highly motivated with a strong drive to excel in a clinical setting., • Possesses a positive attitude and a passion for assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
