Job Title Account Director, Client Services Reporting of the role This role reports to the Group Director, Client Services Overview of the job As an Account Director, you will work within the Client Services team to oversee and execute brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service and account management. You will be focused on travel clients but supporting a large portfolio of brands across a broad range of industries. 3 best things about the job * Collaborating closely with some of the most iconic global brands. * Leading and mentoring a driven team, supporting their growth and development. * Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, offering valuable updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Measures of success – In the first few months, you would have: * Built rapport with direct reports, gaining a clear understanding of how your role fits within the broader team structure. Establish regular meeting cadences to ensure ongoing communication and alignment. * Attended client meetings to answer questions and start understanding their processes, goals, priorities, and expectations for ongoing campaigns. * Reviewed key workflows such as templates, campaign delivery, creator negotiations, reporting/analysis, and pricing/budgeting. Began implementing any process improvements you identified. * Gained proficiency with essential internal tools including our platform, Waves, G-Suite, Slack, revenue recognition policies and documents, and HubSpot, ensuring smooth management of all campaign-related tasks. * Successfully supported new campaigns, including setup, timeline management, negotiation, contracting, content review, and campaign delivery. Collaborated closely with your team, maintaining clear communication both internally and externally while delivering final analysis and reporting. Roles & Responsibilities: * Oversee campaign execution in its entirety for many campaigns at any time. * Build and foster strong client relationships alongside the sales lead, manage expectations and share updates and actions. * Manage a team of client service individuals including who support you on campaign execution. * Take ownership of accounts in post sale to help drive consistent upsells and repeat business for the sales team. * Support on pitches for key clients you previously serviced on other projects to pull indicative creators and provide feedback and knowledge, where applicable. * Achieving and exceeding quarterly rocks, and ensuring the team you manage does the same. * Be an expert at budget management, forecast and track project costs and update clients on spendings. * Ability to lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis Reports & Quarterly Business Reviews and presenting to the client * An exceptional performer and highly organized & effective leader focused on continuously improving client service and delivery for high impact results. What you will need: * 6+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, advertising, social, media, and/or creative. * 3+ years of management experience. * Proven expertise in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media, and working within a revenue organization. * Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis reports and presentations. * Skilled in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands, with a clear understanding of usage rights and payment terms. * Experience with revenue recognition systems and processes. * Strong commercial awareness and exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Proven ability to identify and source creator talent. * Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers, and/or attorneys. * Skilled in scoping and planning content calendars based on creator rates and client KPIs. * Experienced in creator outreach and managing relationships across platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap. * Adept at managing multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneously. * Highly comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers, and data analysis. * Confident leading client calls, presentations, and strategic conversations. * Nimble, forward-thinking, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. * Positive, collaborative, and naturally exudes leadership presence. * A general understanding of the travel and hospitality marketplace is a plus. * Experience designing decks and a genuine love for the travel space are both strong bonuses.
