Techworks Consulting is seeking a talented and driven Technical Project Manager to serve as the primary driver of successful project delivery across our Projects / Infrastructure function. We'll Provide: • Robust benefits package including health insurance, dental, 401K, PTO, and holidays, • Salary range of $105-120k, • Opportunities for continued growth and learning, • Act as the operational and communication bridge between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, • Coordinate the work of engineers and technicians assigned to projects, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and deadlines, • Drive projects forward by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, • Translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable, and understandable updates for non-technical stakeholders, • Provide regular leadership to service team members including scheduled developmental meetings for coaching, mentoring, and performance development, • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered, • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, • 5+ years of hands-on experience leading and delivering complex technical projects, • Demonstrated success managing infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and consulting projects., • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile/Lean, Waterfall,), • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
