Our classrooms provide a warm, engaging environment where children learn through play, discovery, and hands-on exploration. Key Responsibilities • Support lead teachers in implementing The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum and daily routines., • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for all children., • Assist with daily activities, circle time, art, and play-based learning., • Help with meal times, diapering, and maintaining a clean classroom., • Communicate positively with children, families, and staff to support a strong school community., • Ensure compliance with all NYC childcare licensing and health standards. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required., • Experience working with young children in a preschool, daycare, or childcare center preferred., • Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) a plus., • CPR and First Aid certification preferred., • Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about early learning.
