A client of Express Employment Professionals – Union, NJ is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Terminal Operator to support fuel operations at a local fuel terminal. This hands-on role is responsible for safely receiving, storing, and transferring petroleum products, ensuring all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations. The Driver safely operates the delivery vehicle, and follows designated routes to deliver products to customers in a timely, organized manner. The driver is responsible for physically unloading product from the truck and moving product into customer locations. A Night Warehouse Associate is a highly physical role. The purpose of the position is to select and fill orders, prepare pallets and load trucks in preparation for morning deliveries. This position also helps maintain an organized and efficient warehouse to achieve accuracy and ensure success for our operational team. Position: CDL A Truck Driver Location: Roselle, NJ (serving VMG Group or related contractor logistics) Job Summary: Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport construction materials, equipment, or waste between job sites, warehouses, and suppliers. Support construction projects by ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of materials. Must comply with all DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations while driving. (Common requirement for this type of work in the area.) Typical Duties: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; document any mechanical issues. Safely operate tractor-trailers or heavy vehicles to deliver building materials to job sites. Coordinate with project supervisors or dispatchers on schedule and delivery details. Load and unload materials as needed or oversee helpers who do so. Ensure compliance with delivery schedule and report delays or issues promptly. Maintain logs and records in accordance with DOT requirements. Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A license (required). Clean driving record and ability to pass drug/physical examination. Experience driving heavy vehicles in construction or freight delivery preferred. Familiarity with DZ routes around NJ/NY metropolitan areas a plus.
