Job Description CarParts.com is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our team. In this role, you’ll performs routine warehouse/material handling and other duties as assigned. Work involves loading/unloading, picking, packing, putaway through our High Jump warehouse management system. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited to moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Unloader/Loader: • Unload/load container/trailer as assigned by team lead or supervisor., • Sort product by stock number while unloading on to pallets (containers only)., • Transport pallets to assigned area using a dock stocker or manual pallet jack so the receiving process can begin., • Utilize RF scanner / computer to scan item (items) into suggested packing box., • Package item (items) into suggested box using various packaging materials., • Attach shipping label., • Receive product into our inventory management system (HJ) that is assigned to your area following the proper receiving procedures., • Verify merchandise to packing list / RF gun to assure accuracy., • Utilize wrist scanner to pick items and move to carton., • Walking the static locations in Warehouse., • Pulling a Cart., • Off load cartons to the conveyor. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM • Intermediate interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills., • Flexible attitude., • Detail oriented., • Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high quality output., • Ability to keep a clean and organized work area., • Willingness to work extended hours (overtime) when needed., • Goal-oriented mindset., • The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
