Partners and their clients rely on the models prepared by Senior Analysts to determine the distribution of cash proceeds amongst equity and debt-holders, or to determine the capitalization structure as a result of the proposed transaction. On an as-needed basis, the Senior Analyst will work with the attorneys and update the models as the terms of the deal progress. Financial models include but are not limited to pro-forma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration spreadsheets, voting models, and IPO S-1 models. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials as well as mentoring and training our team of analysts and associates so they can provide modeling assistance as the need arises.
